Systems Engineer

Salary: $100,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with nine (9) years of experience in Configuration and Data Management Graduate Degree with seven (7) years of Configuration and Data Management experience Alternatively, a minimum of 13 years of Configuration and Data Management experience in the absence of a degree U.S. Citizenship required Familiarity with configuration and data management specifications Strong understanding of configuration control for military and commercial (FAA) documents Knowledge of functional and physical configuration audits is preferred Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities Capability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of five teams across two locations Facilitate communication within and beyond the team to ensure cooperation on operational practices Implement moderate to substantial enhancements to systems and processes Contribute towards reaching departmental objectives and operational plans that directly affect results Lead the team including staffing, forecasting, and hiring initiatives Develop, monitor, assess, and act on team operational metrics Execute other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor Technologies: Security More: At L3Harris Technologies, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace where all employees and applicants are treated with dignity and respect.
