System Engineer

6+ years of relevant experience in Finacle 10.x/11.x, with hands-on experience in Finacle 11.x preferred. Strong knowledge of Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL. Hands-on experience in end-to-end Finacle setup, installation, configuration, and implementation for Finacle 10.x or 11.x environments. Experience providing production environment support, including incident troubleshooting, system monitoring, and issue resolution. Good understanding of change management processes, release management, and deployment activities. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
