System Analyst (SaaS)

Work Experience: 10 or more years of combined professional IT experience in any discipline 5 or more years of experience in driving business requirements for Enterprise-scale or business-wide implementation projects Experienced in collaborating and interacting with business & IT leaders Experienced in handling vendor and third-party engagements Knowledge Area: Retail banking (preferably), or broadly in Banking & Financial Services Skills: Minimum foundational knowledge of relevant technology domains such as cloud computing, SaaS models, object-oriented programming languages, IT security, infrastructure and networks Knowledgeable & adaptable in service delivery methodologies Competent working knowledge of banking & financial services Responsibilities: • Develop clear functional specifications based on a comprehensive understanding of business requirements • Build a broad range of technical knowledge that can support a variety of projects and initiatives • Develop a competent technical working knowledge of the processes, capabilities and applications of the BU
