📋 Description Own and support Northwind Robotics CRM on Salesforce, ensuring performance, scalability. Collaborate with teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales/Service/Experience Cloud. Build and enhance solutions with configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations. Drive automation, data quality, reporting, and platform adoption.
