Manage user accounts and provide L1/L2 support for IT infrastructure and systems.
📋 Description Manage user accounts, systems, and IT assets. Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, servers, networks, printers, tools. Onboarding and offboarding employees. Troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems, network, hardware, software. Maintain documentation, security standards, and procedures. Support Office tools, AD, DNS, DHCP, and related services. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in IT infrastructure or system administration. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Server 2019/2022 or Linux servers. Networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, routing, switching. Experience with Active Directory and Office productivity tools. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
