📋 Description Amplify and accelerate researcher efficiency with proactive solutions. Steward long-term codebase development; production-ready and maintainable. Establish ML software engineering best practices; mentor researchers. Lead transition to scalable, maintainable code; manage debt and reproducibility. Develop and maintain clear documentation for research infrastructure. Collaborate across teams to translate research into impact. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years software engineering experience, with ML or data-intensive backends. Strong software architecture with modular design and clean interfaces. Excellent communication across interdisciplinary teams. Expert-level Python and PyTorch proficiency. Hands-on ML stack and cloud infra (AWS/GCP, W&B, Kubernetes, ArgoCD).
