Support Software Lifecycle / IT analyst

The role combines operational support, stakeholder collaboration, lifecycle governance, reporting, and audit participation to help mitigate risks related to obsolete software and maintain a sustainable IT environment. Responsibilities you'll have Maintenance and development of the Software Lifecycle Management process and services Obsolete software analysis and mitigation support Cooperation with application owners, architects, and stakeholders Participation in Software Lifecycle-related audits and compliance initiatives Preparation of lifecycle-related reports, analyses, and recommendations Expected competences and knowledge Proven experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), Software Lifecycle Management, or a related area. Strong understanding of software lifecycle activities, software governance, and technology environments (software and hardware). Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong "can-do" attitude. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good understanding of architecture principles, software processes, and governance frameworks. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
