We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Support Engineer with CMS Experience – Short-Term Project.Your duties will include:Handling user requests related to the portal, CMS and CAD softwareAnalysing reported issues and helping users resolve themNavigating the CMS confidently and updating existing contentCooperating with the team to investigate and escalate more complex issuesUsing existing materials and instructions when providing supportRequirements that must be met:Experience working with CMS platformsConfidence in navigating a CMS and a good understanding of content managementExperience in user support, technical support or ticket-based environmentsAbility to analyse problems and communicate solutions clearlyIndependence and good organisational skillsEnglish proficiency sufficient for daily international cooperationVery good English and PolishWhat we offer:We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.Maybe it’s obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates.
