Act as the primary technical contact for partner banks and financial institutions, resolving API and connectivity issues.
π Description Act as the primary technical contact for partner banks and financial institutions. Investigate and resolve API, connectivity, and workflow support requests. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Monitor support queues and exception management systems. Triage, investigate, and drive incidents to resolution. Escalate complex issues to Engineering and coordinate follow-through until closure. π― Requirements 3+ years in a client-facing Support Engineering or Production Support role. Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Experience with APIs, REST APIs, and testing with Postman. Familiarity with Grafana, Datadog, Splunk or similar observability tools.
