Supervisor, Machine Shop

📋 Description Lead and mentor a team of programmer machinists Conduct daily team meetings to communicate goals and expectations Coordinate work schedules and assignments to optimize productivity Work closely with manufacturing planners for efficient scheduling and prioritization of jobs Ensure aerospace industry quality standards are followed Implement and oversee quality control measures 🎯 Requirements 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Bachelors degree or equivalent in experience Knowledge of machining processes, CNC equipment, software, and tooling Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends to support critical mission milestones Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted 🎁 Benefits company equity medical coverage dental coverage vision coverage for employees and dependents generous paid time off; up to 20+ days of vacation for exempt staff and up to 10+ days of vacation paid parental leave
