📋 Description Lead a team responsible for performing inspections, testing, maintenance, and repair of campus-wide Lead and direct a team of plumbing, compressed air, electrical, and HVAC-focused facility Schedule daily work and prioritize assignments Develop, plan and execute site improvement projects in accordance with overall business objectives Know and understand all safety procedures of SpaceXAI in order to observe the work of contractors Maintain appropriate records for all trades as required 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalency certificate 3+ years of experience with facilities management 🎁 Benefits Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering or equivalent Knowledge of building management and automated facilities monitoring systems and processes Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint Experience managing budgets and third-party vendors Experience negotiating contracts and comparing service costs to achieve maximum value Experience with asset management software
