Job Description Leads & coordinates all activities of analysis technicians necessary to support the fulfillment of the production schedule of the VS, taking care about safety & product quality requirements as per control plan On the production analysis areas supervises staff; organizes and monitors workflow, assuring standards follow up. Language (Written and Oral): English Preferred - Basic Product & Process People administration and leadership Ergonomics Problem Solving Methods (8D, Fishbone, 5Why, 6Sigma/Shainin) Data analytics Customer Requirements Moderation and communication/negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships. Ability to use inductive and deductive reasoning. Preferable 1 - 2 Years of Experience in Manufacturing Operations. Tableau Dashboards interpretation Qualifications Education: Bachelor Degree Language (written and oral): English: Intermediate Working Experience: Preferable 2-3 years in similar roles Soft Skills: creative, proactive, analytic, leadership and good negotiation skills, teamwork and good communication skills. Ability to work with simultaneous projects and tasks, and to manage deductive reasoning as his main way of thinking.
