This includes the delivery and continuous enhancement of key HR solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Learning, Recruiting, Succession & Development, as well as integrated third-party platforms including LinkedIn Learning and Cobrainer.We are looking for an enthusiastic SAP Success Factors Product Manager, who is eager to take over responsibility and to make a difference.As a Product Manager you will manage HR-related applications including steering the demand process and consulting business colleagues to lead both tactical and strategic. In this role, you will own and manage the product lifecycle including functional releases and IT upgrades, to maintain compliance, performance and ‘fit for purpose’ business functionality. You will be responsible for the secure and stable ‘run’ of the product as well as for the product costs.How you will get the job donedriving digitalization and transformation projects, supporting global processes and launching new toolsoverviewing product cost and budget as well as managing of the external staff including procurement and provider managementcollaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient system solutionsimplementing changes and configuring systemcooperating with all stakeholders to manage product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring that the product team delivers capabilities on time, on budget and per expectationmanaging delivery processes including requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testingworking across teams and global locations in a seamless way to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritizationmonitoring and evaluating product compliance and performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvementsetting up strategical product architecture based on the requirements and standards of Munich RE GroupSkills and experience you will needfluency in Englishuniversity degree preferably in Computer engineering / IT, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences or similar qualification5+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong focus on Learning Management System (LMS), Succession & Development, and Recruitingexperience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central (EC) and Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), is considered a plusstrong understanding of technology with the ability to understand and articulate customer problems, solutions, and possible impactsacting as a reliable partner for HR departmentdemonstrated ability to adhere to the security guidelines and best practicespreferably, you are already ITIL or Scrum certified or have the readiness to pursue one with our support self-organized and proactive attitudePerks & BenefitsLet's be healthyMedical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.Let's be balancedWork-life balance is a key aspect of a healthy workplace.
