We are seeking a licensed Structural Project Engineer with strong technical skills and a desire to grow their leadership skills. In this role, you'll work with a team of experienced engineers to deliver projects, solve complex challenges, and take on increasing responsibility in project planning, coordination, and technical decision making. Primary duties and responsibilities: Design industrial facility modifications and new structures by developing calculations, quantity estimates, and construction documents for concrete, steel, and masonry systems. Evaluate existing facilities and structures through assessments, inspections, and repair design to support safe, reliable operations. Partner with owners, plant personnel, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to develop practical solutions that align with operational and project goals. Lead project execution by managing deliverables, schedule, budgets, and technical quality from concept through construction. Solve complex engineering challenges by applying advanced analysis, innovative approaches, and continuous improvement of design practices. Supervise, lead, mentor, and/or support senior and junior staff - driving efficiency through the application of advanced techniques and modern technology. Maintain project documentation and client records to support effective communication, project tracking, and quality management. Travel to project sites as needed to verify existing conditions, support design development, and evaluate completed installations. You bring to the team: Strong communication skills. Ability to contribute and work well with a team. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Must be a registered professional engineer (PE) with at least six years of experience. Structural Engineering (SE) license is preferred but not required. Experience developing detailed 3D models and construction documentation in Autodesk Revit. Familiar with Navisworks, ACAD software, RISA 3D, EnerCalc, MS Excel, and Hilti/Dewalt design. #LI-DD1 Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, geographic location, skills, education, and internal equity.
