About Lumen Dynamics Lumen Dynamics is a U.S.-based civil construction and engineering company supporting infrastructure projects across the United States. We are building a high-performing remote team to support estimating, design, and project delivery. Role We are looking for a Structural Engineer with real experience in roads and bridges design. This is not an entry-level or support role. You will be responsible for producing actual engineering work, including calculations and design. This role is execution-focused. You are expected to work independently, solve problems, and deliver results. Responsibilities Perform structural design and analysis for roads, bridges, and civil infrastructure Prepare and review engineering calculations and design outputs Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical requirements Support projects from design through execution Coordinate with estimating, project management, and field teams Identify and solve engineering problems independently Ensure accuracy and quality of all engineering deliverables Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum 5 years experience (10+ preferred) in structural design Experience in road and bridge design Strong understanding of structural engineering principles Ability to perform calculations and technical analysis Experience in construction or design environments Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must be able to work in U.S. EST business hours Reliable internet connection Compensation & Benefits Competitive monthly pay (based on experience) Long-term opportunity with growth Originally posted on Himalayas
