The Solstice Analytics Driver has provided over ten million rider-only trips, enabled by its experience autonomously driving over 100 million miles on public roads and tens of billions in simulation across 15+ U.S. states. The Business Development (BD) and Strategic Partnerships team at Solstice Analytics plays a vital role in planning the autonomous vehicle (AV) pioneer’s commercial future and driving its go-to-market strategy. Operating with an entrepreneurial mindset, this cross-functional team leverages both quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify, negotiate, and execute "first-of-kind" agreements that expand Solstice Analytics's commercial deployment globally. Ultimately, the team acts as a bridge between Solstice Analytics’s cutting-edge engineering and the physical world, building the commercial networks required to scale its driverless technology safely and sustainably. In this hybrid role, you will report to the Head of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships, Infrastructure. You will: Strategic Sourcing: Identify and select strategic charging partners to accelerate the acquisition of Solstice Analytics’s long-term infrastructure, directly supporting global scale and international growth Deal Execution & Onboarding: Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully onboard partners to efficiently source ideal charging sites Internal Navigation: Shepherd complex charging site deals through internal cross-functional decision-making and approval processes Partner Governance: Serve as the primary partner management lead and ultimate escalation point for ongoing relationship health and operational issues You have: 8+ years of experience in partner management, partner development, or account management Experience building relationships with executive stakeholders at mobility or charging companies Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and highly collaborative environment Experience conducting business and negotiating contracts internationally Experience working cross-functionally within an organization and driving decision-making We prefer: Experience attending and speaking at conferences Willingness to take calls that align with international partner hours Excellent communication and superior analytical skills, meticulous in following-up, able to deliver results under pressure, and keen presentation skills The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the role location or, if the role can be performed remote, the specific salary range for your preferred location, during the hiring process. Solstice Analytics employees are also eligible to participate in Solstice Analytics’s discretionary annual bonus program, equity incentive plan, and generous Company benefits program, subject to eligibility requirements. Salary Range $210,000 — $259,000 USD
