Analyzeexistingbusinessprocessesanddatalandscapestoidentifygapsandimprovementopportunities. Preparefunctionalspecifications,processmaps,dataflows,anduserstories. Facilitateworkshopsandactasakeycommunicationlinkbetweenbusinessandtechnicalteams. CollaboratewithDataArchitectsandMDM/PIMconsultantstodesigneffectivesolutions. Supportdatamodeling,taxonomymanagement,attributeconfiguration,andproducthierarchies. Contributetodataqualityinitiatives,governanceframeworks,validationrules,andtestingactivities. Supportusertraining,onboarding,andchangemanagementactivities. IdentifyopportunitiesforcontinuousimprovementandpromoteMDM/PIMbestpractices. RequiredSkills Experiencewith STIBO STEP or Collibra PreviousexperienceasaBusinessAnalystinMDM,PIM,DataGovernance,orDataManagementprojects. Experiencegatheringanddocumentingbusinessrequirementsandtranslatingthemintofunctionalspecifications. Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills. Excellentstakeholdermanagementandcommunicationskills. Understandingofdatagovernance,metadatamanagement,anddataqualityprinciples. Experiencewithdatamodeling,producthierarchies,taxonomies,andmasterdataconcepts. Abilitytoworkeffectivelyincross-functionalandinternationalenvironments. Fluent English .
