Staff Technical Program Manager

📋 Description Manage high-stakes cross-functional programs with end-to-end alignment. Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and schedules aligned to long-term autonomy. Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders to align engineering teams. Analyze plans with engineering leads to uncover opportunities and accelerate delivery. Evaluate trade-offs in constrained environments and present leadership recommendations. Design/scale processes; explore new domains as needed. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on engineering experience in robotics, automotive, aerospace, or tech. Experience integrating complex, multi-domain systems. Experience presenting to executive leadership. Familiarity with agile software and waterfall hardware lifecycles. Exceptional interpersonal skills; build deep trust. Mastery of TPM toolbox: roadmaps, burndown, Jira, workshops.
