📋 Description Define multi-team architectural decisions for long-term viability. Identify and resolve high-priority technical risks and bottlenecks. Own cross-team initiatives from inception to delivery. Contribute production-quality Python and React code. Lead refactors, improve performance, observability, and maintainability. Mentor engineers, lead tech talks, and influence culture. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of professional software engineering. Deep Python expertise with Django, FastAPI, or Flask. Frontend: React or similar. Leading multi-team technical initiatives. Distributed systems, API design, caching, data consistency.
