📋 Description Identify high-impact Travel & Expense technical problems and drive them to resolution. Set and raise the technical bar via design reviews and architectural decisions. Partner with Staff Engineers and EMs across expenses, travel, policy. Mentor engineers and raise the bar for design and delivery. Bring an AI-forward mindset to how the org builds, reviews, and operates. Contribute to the group's technical strategy and inform leadership investments. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of software engineering with leadership across multiple teams. Proven ability to drive ambiguous, cross-cutting problems to resolution. Deep experience designing and operating large-scale backend systems in production. Strong collaboration; raises engineering bar and works with ICs and managers. Excellent written and verbal communication. 🎁 Benefits Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work. Hybrid work with 3 in-office days per week (Mon, Wed, Thu).
