Staff Software Engineer - Showcase Platform (Ruby/Rails)

📋 Description Design, develop, and maintain Showcase in Ruby on Rails. Define technical direction for Showcase initiatives and experiences. Build instrumentation, analytics, and monitoring for product-led growth. Partner with Product and Eng to translate roadmaps into scalable work. Improve reliability and reduce friction across UI, backend, and data. Lead with technical influence, mentoring, and architecture guidance. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years building and evolving complex software at staff level. Deep Rails expertise (5+ yrs) in production systems. Experience with relational data models and Rails apps. Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and set direction. Experience delivering internal and stakeholder-facing product experiences.
