Design and launch new products on Cobalt Streamworks’s iOS App, leading technical decisions and mentoring teams.
📋 Description Design, lead, build and launch new products on Cobalt Streamworks’s iOS App Drive core product roadmap and prioritization decisions Code review, set engineering standards, mentor, and own quality Plan features with Product and Design to improve the app Incorporate customer feedback with Product to continuously improve 🎯 Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in iOS development 2+ years technical leadership experience leading teams Proficiency in Swift for iOS development Knowledge of iOS UI components and the iOS platform Experience contributing mobile apps with large user reach Understanding of security best practices for mobile apps 🎁 Benefits Flexible PTO Unlimited AI token usage Centralized home-office equipment ordering Health and wellness stipend Budget for intra-office travel Relocation support to NYC or SF (as needed)
