Staff Software Engineer, Frontend Platform

📋 Description Set architectural direction for the frontend platform across web and mobile. Lead evolution of design system, component libraries, and tooling. Improve developer experience: CI/CD, linting, type safety, tests. Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and internationalization (RTL) across frontend. Collaborate with backend to design GraphQL APIs and contracts. Mentor engineers and drive cross-team initiatives. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of frontend engineering experience. Deep React, TypeScript, and modern tooling; React Native preferred. Proven track record building frontend platforms and design systems.
