📋 Description Partner with product engineering squads to own production reliability. Own production reliability for high-SLA, multi-tenant environments. Design and implement automation to scale reliability practices. Lead on-call and incident response for relevant incidents. Improve alert quality and reduce noisy escalations. Build per-tenant SLOs and reliability models. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years engineering experience, 4+ in SRE/production. Kubernetes experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure. IaC tooling: Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet. Experience leading teams and mentoring engineers. Experience operating multi-tenant production systems. Go or Python (Java) programming experience. 🎁 Benefits 100% remote with a global culture.
