Staff Software Engineer (Customer Platform)

📋 Description Own features end-to-end from design to rollout with Product. Design, build, and evolve backend services (Go, REST/gRPC) for entitlement. Interface between Customer Platform and other teams; build integrations. Extend Keystone AI's AI foundation into customer-facing product experiences. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to senior/mid engineers. Contribute to a product-driven roadmap with clear outcomes and iterative shipping. 🎯 Requirements Production Go experience is a must. Strong API design ownership; shipped and operated backend systems. Experience coordinating across teams to align standards and patterns. Comfort operating in ambiguity with diagnosis, recommendation, and path forward. Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance without management title.
