📋 Description Design complex systems with Software, Hardware, and infra teams. Collaborate with Product, Design and Ops to deliver safe, broad self-driving benefits. Design and maintain a micro-backend on AWS to monitor and manage the fleet. Design, implement the fleet management solution and vehicle communication system. Establish technology and infrastructure to scale products with high availability. Foster mentorship, feedback, collaboration, and engineering excellence. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years building backend services. Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field. Experience with REST, gRPC and GraphQL. Experience building large-scale, highly concurrent, safety-critical backends. Excellent communication; write specs, give feedback, and collaborate. Self-starter with bias for action; balance speed and quality. 🎁 Benefits Salary range $171,000-$273,000 per year; bonus and equity. Hybrid work with in-office 3 days/week.
