Design, develop, and maintain software while mentoring engineers and leading code reviews.
📋 Description Design, develop, and maintain software with modern languages. Collaborate across teams to ship new features. Troubleshoot complex issues across languages and tech. Mentor engineers and promote best practices. Lead code reviews for code quality and maintainability. Contribute to architecture and technical strategy. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in software development, startup experience preferred. Proficiency in TypeScript and NodeJS. Strong technical skills with APIs and developer tools. Excellent communication to explain technical concepts. Located in Austin, TX and willing to work in-office 3 days/week.
