About the role

Overview We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join the Identity Manager development team at Nimbus Data Systems . You will contribute to the development of our enterprise-grade Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. Your responsibility will be to actively support the design process, provide technical input, and deliver high-quality implementations based on agreed specifications. This is a strongly hands-on engineering position with meaningful ownership in delivery, quality, and production stability. Responsibilities Support feature design discussions by providing technical insights and implementation considerations Implement complex features and enhancements based on architectural and product specifications Write high-quality, secure, and maintainable code Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards Perform deep technical investigations and root cause analysis of customer-reported issues Actively participate in on-call rotation and incident resolution Improve system reliability, performance, and maintainability Develop and maintain automated tests (unit and integration) Collaborate closely with Product Management, Architects, Security, and Technical Communication teams Proactively identify technical debt and propose improvements Qualifications 5+ years of professional software development experience Strong knowledge of: C# / .NET ecosystem SQL, MS-SQL and database performance optimization APIs (Rest) Active Directory Secure coding practices Experience working with complex enterprise platforms Confident English proficiency, both written and spoken Strong debugging and analytical skills Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code generation, test generation, productivity tools) or openness to actively adopt them Clear and structured communication skills Strong ownership mindset and quality-driven approach Preferred qualifications Experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) domain Understanding of access lifecycle management and governance concepts Experience working with enterprise customers and production environments Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred) CI/CD and DevOps experience Company Description Nimbus Data Systems enables organizations of all sizes to better secure, manage, monitor, protect, and analyze information and infrastructure to help fuel innovation and drive their businesses forward.
