📋 Description Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of software developers. Design, build, and maintain features that enhance the Keystone AI platform. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements. Be hands-on with the codebase; participate in reviews and enforce best practices. Architect high-performance, scalable, and secure software for millions of users. Ship code frequently and own features end-to-end, monitoring performance and scale. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 in Senior/Staff. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong Python or Go skills. Docker and Kubernetes experience. API gateway design, gRPC, and service-to-service patterns.
