Role We are looking for a Staff Software Development Engineer to join our team . This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Engineering in the Identity & Access Management department . You will help manage digital risk by applying security through identity integration and controls . In this role, you will build workflows and application integrations as coordinated with the larger IAM team, Product Management, and Business teams . What you’ll do (Role Expectations) Lead the development of identity management products for Keystone AI Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using Java Ensure code quality by writing and maintaining unit, integration, and performance tests while monitoring, debugging, and optimizing system performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and contribute to Agile/Scrum processes like sprint planning and retrospectives Participate in on-call rotation to support a highly available engineering platform and ensure compliance with federal guidelines Who You Are (Success Profile) You thrive in ambiguity. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain Deep proficiency in enterprise Java, object-oriented programming (OOP/OOA), systems architecture, RESTful APIs, and frameworks such as Hibernate and Spring Good understanding of CI/CD tools and processes Hands-on experience with SQL and Postgres Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience implementing AI-driven anomaly detection, intelligent identity analytics, or machine learning models for automated policy generation within enterprise access management platforms Strong understanding of DevOps automation workflows, advanced CI/CD pipelines, and container infrastructure orchestration Comprehensive knowledge of Identity and Access Management protocols including OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Federation, and SSO #LI-Hybrid #LI-GL2 At Keystone AI, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
