Staff Software Developer - Integration

📋 Description Architect end-to-end Salesforce integration and data strategy. Define data ownership and ERD-based data models. Collaborate with core engineering on system boundaries and standards. Design scalable integration patterns with retries and observability. Replace no-code flows with robust, code-based integrations. Establish a CI/CD pipeline for integration, with configuration-as-code. Lead change management with IT, Product, and stakeholders. Set the direction on modern integration technologies and practices. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on Salesforce platform experience in a complex custom-object environment. Production TypeScript experience. Relational database experience (Postgres). Experience building integrations between Salesforce and external systems. Practical distributed-systems experience: idempotency, retries, dead-lettering, backfills, reconciliation, eventual consistency. Practical experience with integration technologies: REST, SOAP, Webhooks. Strong relational data modeling/ERD design; comfortable with Postgres or equivalent.
