Staff Software Assurance Engineer

📋 Description Drive software processes aligned with ASPICE and ISO 26262. Plan and execute internal audits for ASPICE/ISO 26262 conformance. Own audit findings register; drive corrective action closure. Develop, automate, and maintain software quality reports. Drive the Software Quality Deficiency Management process. Lead analysis for critical quality issues and verification escapes. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent. 7+ years in software QA, QA engineering, or QMS/process management. Experience in a safety-critical domain (e.g., automotive, aerospace, robotics). Strong QMS knowledge; ASPICE and ISO 26262 Part 6. Hands-on process audits and structured root cause analysis.
