📋 Description Own the ServiceNow strategy and multi-year roadmap for Brightpath Technologies. Hands-on development, config, and architecture on ServiceNow. Lead a managed services vendor's daily ops; ensure SLAs and roadmap. Mentor two ServiceNow contractors; align work with standards. Own vendor governance: RFPs, contracts/SOW, onboarding, performance, standards. 🎯 Requirements 10+ yrs ServiceNow; 5+ yrs architecture; hands-on flows/scripting/integrations. Deep ServiceNow know-how: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IntegrationHub, dev. Proven MSP/SI partner governance for large-scale platforms. Strong vendor mgmt: SOW/SLA, performance reviews, escalations. History presenting platform roadmaps to executives.
