Ship impactful features and improve data workflows and automation. Lead architecture discussions on scaling workflows and data models. Mentor engineers and drive automation, data modelling, and reliability. Deliver polished, user-centric experiences with product and design. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years of software engineering experience. Proficient in TypeScript (backend and frontend). Experience with React, Node.js, and MongoDB. Strong data transformations and compliance work. Comfortable with pair programming and collaboration.
