📋 Description Define and execute a multi-year SecOps roadmap. Architect and own the SecOps toolchain (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR). Drive scalable threat detection across cloud, endpoint, and identity. Own incident response end-to-end with runbooks and reviews. Lead GDPR/NIS2 compliance with GRC and Legal. Mentor engineers and raise SecOps standards. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in information security; 7+ in SecOps. Hands-on with SIEM/SOAR at scale (Chronicle, Splunk, Elastic, XSOAR). Cloud security across GCP/AWS with IAM monitoring. MITRE ATT&CK and MITRE D3FEND expertise for detection. Lead major incident response and cross-functional war rooms.
