Brightpath Technologies is looking for an innovative, experienced Staff Product Manager with a track record for driving new product capabilities from initial concept to successful delivery and market leadership. The Product Manager will join the Cloud Data Protection team and be responsible for guiding the strategy and execution of data protection for public cloud workloads. We are looking for someone who has experience shipping enterprise-grade product(s) with a deep understanding of cloud deployment models. You will be partnering closely with customers, sales, and engineering teams toward a common goal: delivering the industry’s best data management solution, on schedule, and with highest quality. As advocates for both our customers and our business, you will balance varied perspectives and lead cross-functional teams. What You’ll Do: You will be responsible for product strategy, roadmap, and execution of data backup and recovery for public cloud services/applications (such as Azure Instances, AzureSQL) Collaborate with engineering, support, design, and marketing teams to plan, build and launch high-quality product experiences You will write PRDs, manage project execution, help create and define product roll-out strategy Process, review, and interpret customer usage patterns to uncover new product insights Develop, manage and communicate the product roadmap to both internal and external key stakeholders Perform market/competitive analysis, prioritize product features and clearly articulate decisions and tradeoffs Represent your product in front of customers in both pre and post sales situations Help identify and establish key technology and sales partnerships Experience You’ll Need : BS in Computer Science or Engineering MBA or Masters in Engineering preferred 8+ years of extensive product, planning, communication, organization, and people influence skills Prior experience in administering and/or developing solutions that require domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Microsoft Azure Cloud Google Cloud Platform Amazon Web Services (AWS) Data Backup & Recovery solutions Must have business acumen and ability to build business cases, communicate effectively with professionally done presentations and write-ups, influence others, and measure success Thorough knowledge of public cloud ecosystem and software development methods and processes Ability to be self-motivated towards the achievement and measurement of established goals Aptitude to develop and maintain satisfactory working relationships with both the client and internal staff members and to deal effectively with high velocity, fast growth work environments #LI-AS2 Join Us in Securing and Accelerating the World's AI Transformation Brightpath Technologies (RBRK), the Security and AI Operations Company, leads at the intersection of data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration.
