Work with Meridian Softworks in Warsaw and its HelloTech organisation, Meridian Softworks’s global technology backbone with more than 1000 people, building the digital products that power our end-to-end food experience. From meal kits and ready-to-eat meals to specialty offerings like pet food and premium meat & seafood, HelloTech creates the platforms that bring tailored food solutions to millions of customers every month. As a Staff Product Manager, you will own and evolve Meridian Softworks's benefit creation platform, which defines, configures, and governs every discount, voucher, and reward across all our global brands and channels. Leading a dedicated squad of engineers, you will transform this high-impact system into a flexible, scalable, and highly automated platform. This is a foundational infrastructure role where you will design self-serve tooling and robust governance rules, ensuring our marketing and commercial teams can safely launch campaigns without engineering bottlenecks. Your work will directly protect our P&L margins while unlocking innovative, automated capabilities for future customer experiences.
– Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for our global benefit and incentive platform, setting the path toward intelligent, automated creation tools.
– Design scalable platform primitives and reusable building blocks to eliminate custom, one-off engineering for individual marketing campaigns.
– Establish automated governance layers, including margin floors and stacking checks, to systematically protect business profitability.
– Build intuitive back-office tooling that enables commercial and growth teams to configure standard campaigns independently.
– Drive cross-functional alignment across international teams, encouraging adoption of a unified platform contract.
– Evaluate and implement automation and smart interfaces where they bring the highest return on investment, balancing flexibility with system reliability.
– Extensive experience in platform product management is essential, with a proven track record of building scalable internal tools, APIs, or foundational infrastructure rather than just user-facing features.
– You bring 6+ years of product management experience, specifically operating already at a Senior or Staff level within complex systems across multiple markets or diverse business lines.
– Exceptional leadership and communication skills are required to align senior, cross-functional stakeholders and champion platform adoption without direct authority.
– It is a strong advantage if you bring a background in commercial strategy or promotional economics, enabling you to design smart business guardrails that balance marketing flexibility with P&L protection.
– Familiarity with data analysis and technical architecture is highly valued, helping you effectively design reliable automation and interpret experiment data alongside engineering teams.
