Staff Product Manager, AI Enablement

📋 Description Own end-to-end AI-powered product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Define product vision and roadmap balancing long-term innovation and needs. Partner with engineering, data science, design, compliance, and commercial teams. Drive PLG initiatives: nudges, rewards, cross-sell, lifecycle automation. Build and ship hands-on AI/ML-powered products (copilots, agents, chatbots, recs). L everage AI tech and data insights to improve UX and reduce friction. Lead automation for customer service and support (bots, self-serve): payments, onboarding. Ensure compliant, transparent, responsible AI across payments, treasury, and cards. Launch products across regions and languages in a global environment with local teams. Mentor and lead other product managers, with potential for broader leadership. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years PM experience owning core products end-to-end. Hands-on AI/LLM product experience; fluent in ML training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring. Data-driven growth mindset; strong analytics (dashboards, SQL) and A/B testing. Builder mindset; strong stakeholder management to align engineering, data, design, ops, CS, GTM. Experience in fintech/payments/treasury/cards or B2B financial ops with compliance. Growth, lifecycle, or PLG product background. Technical background in AI/ML, data science, or engineering. Experience building customer service automation (bots, self-serve flows).
