📋 Description Own business impact, not features: Drive measurable lift in usage and business outcomes Give businesses transparency and control: Build dashboards and tooling for business teams to see Scale experimentation: Turn one-off experiments into repeatable, scalable launch/measure/improve Set chapter vision and strategy: Define multi-quarter direction for Agentic Discovery, tie to Lead business-tooling and dashboard experience first: Own strategy and roadmap to make agentic Orchestrate across surfaces: Unite on-site, offsite, and integrations behind one definition of 🎯 Requirements Typically 8+ years in product management (AI/ML, agentic, search, or discovery products), at Track record of moving business metrics (usage, conversion, revenue, engagement) at scale Experience building for business users/operators, including tooling, dashboards, and controls Strong AI/ML/LLM product depth and ability to reason about tradeoffs (quality, latency, cost Comfort with zero-to-one ambiguity and scaling experiments into a portfolio Measurement-first mindset tying every experience to usage and business outcomes 🎁 Benefits Unlimited vacation time (strongly encourage at least 3 weeks per year) Competitive compensation package including stock options Company-sponsored US health coverage (100% paid for employee) Fully remote team Work-from-home stipend Apple laptops provided
