📋 Description Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and marketing to contribute significantly to Identify and capitalize on new opportunities, overseeing complex multi-phase projects across Build features across multiple stacks, potentially including Backend, Frontend, and Mobile Optimize web applications for peak performance and scalability, ensuring the delivery of Mentor fellow engineers on both technical and product judgement 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience Proficient in at least one of Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript Comfortable in agentic coding tools Familiar with HTML, CSS, Typescript, and frameworks/libraries like React, Next.js, etc. Experience driving product improvements end to end, including deciding what problems are worth A bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent industry experience 🎁 Benefits Competitive pay, equity, and comprehensive benefits Hybrid work: 3 days per week in office (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day) Flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year
