Facilitate workshops that help you and your team develop winning ideas. 🎯 Requirements Your portfolio showcases high-quality work directly impacting project success You have 7+ years of professional design experience, including 4 years on Growth teams or in You've excelled on onboarding & merchandising surfaces and are comfortable with iterative You love uncovering insights firsthand and you’re comfortable with identifying and conducting UX You excel in complexity and fast-paced environments and are passionate about balancing craft You’re focused on psychology and why people behave the way they do.
