Staff Product Designer (Experience & Engagement)

📋 Description Own end-to-end design across the CX surface: Help Center, Chatbot, Voicebot, Concierge. Drive MVP and future-state concepts for AI-powered support. Lead Concierge design to support a $50M+ revenue goal. Partner with Product, Engineering, and CX Ops to ground decisions in data. Shape a reusable design system for AI-powered support. Build direct relationships with customers and agents for insights. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years of product design in support, service, conversational UI, or AI. Ship end-to-end design across customer-facing and agent tooling surfaces. Work autonomously across a complex multi-surface product ecosystem. Mastery of visual/interaction/conversation design; Figma proficiency. Strong cross-functional comms with engineering, product, ops, and execs.
