Staff Platform Engineer

📋 Description Set technical direction — shape platform and domain-level strategy to improve reliability, security, and cost. Drive clarity through ambiguity; align across teams on critical decisions. Build the AI-augmented platform with tooling and guardrails for AI-assisted development. Own IaC standards for Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP using Terraform, Helm, and Kustomize. Evolve CI/CD backbone (Argo CD / Workflows / Rollouts, GitHub Actions) into shared standards. Instrument and operate observability with Datadog and Cobalt Streamworks; own dashboards and SLOs. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in software, DevOps, or SRE with cloud infra. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field. Led high-complexity, cross-team infra initiatives with measurable impact. Deep production experience with Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS) at scale. Strong programming in Go or Python; IaC tooling (Terraform).
