Staff Manufacturing Design Engineer - Fuselage

📋 Description Provide leadership and technical direction for structural assembly and integration. Own end-to-end lifecycle of structural component builds. Drive tooling strategies and fixtures for prototype builds. Lead root-cause analysis on the shop floor and corrective actions. Collaborate with Design, Quality, Supply Chain, and Certification teams. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s or higher in Aerospace/Mechanical/Manufacturing Eng (or equivalent). 10+ years in aerospace manufacturing focused on assembly & integration; prototype experience preferred. Proven track record of driving DFM principles for complex assemblies. Expertise in CAD, PLM, and MES. Model Based Definition and GD&T callouts experience.
