About the role

📋 Description Provide IT admin and Tier 1 support to users (desk phones, mobile devices, NMCI gear, printers). Serve as liaison between HQ staff and NMCI/NGEN management (CTR functions). Process MAC requests, CLINs, and Task Order Modifications as required. Coordinate NMCI/NGEN equipment refresh with ISSOs; plan, delivery, upgrades. Coordinate NMCI/NGEN network upgrades to minimize impact to staff operations. Maintain VIP listing and report status monthly. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma. Minimum 2 years in NMCI (NGEN) environment; know NMCI NET and CLINs/services. Minimum 2 years of Tier 1+ customer support experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication skills; self-motivated. Active secret clearance.
