Staff Full Stack Software Engineer

📋 Description Own full-stack product and operational initiatives from planning to production. Design and build applications with Python/Django backend and React/TypeScript frontend. Make architectural decisions for data models, APIs, integrations, testing, and security. Use AI tools across the development lifecycle and validate AI-generated output. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations to define measurable outcomes. Diagnose production incidents and implement improvements to prevent recurrence. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of software engineering experience with production ownership. Strong backend expertise in Python and Django. Proven experience with React and TypeScript for user-facing apps. Experience with APIs, relational data models, and third-party services. Strong understanding of testing, security, reliability, and failure handling.
