📋 Description Lead design and delivery of complex integration-heavy platforms. Define front-end architecture and technical strategy; lead complex UI systems. Mentor junior engineers, collaborate with leadership; deliver reliable, scalable systems. Define standards and best practices; contribute to shared design systems and integration challenges. Lead AI services integration into production full-stack systems (LLMs, streaming, RAG). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with product goals. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years of software engineering; leadership of complex full-stack initiatives. Proficient in React or Angular with JavaScript/TypeScript (Next.js). Strong experience with state management and modern CSS/build tooling. Backend/API architecture expertise (Node.js, Python). Relational/NoSQL databases, caching, and query optimization; microservices. Cloud platforms and container orchestration (AWS, Kubernetes); AI service integration.
