📋 Description Lead the AI FDE team: engagement model, cadence, roadmap Own the builder platform: templates, deployment pipelines, authentication, databases, security scanning, observability Run forward-deployed engagements: scope, say no when needed, deliver working solution and a builder who can modify it Develop builder training and certification programs and governance Hold guardrails to keep the platform safe and patient data secure Build with AI for non-technical users and ensure teachable, safe outputs 🎯 Requirements 7+ years of software engineering experience with direct customer or non-technical user work Ship quick prototypes and MVPs turning vague workflows into tools in days A teacher's instinct: explain technical concepts to non-technical users without jargon Measure success by what people can do without you, leaving a capable builder behind Sound judgment under pressure, balancing security/compliance when stakeholders are urgent Bias toward action: ship rough versions to real users and iterate 🎁 Benefits Founder, early-startup or generalist background owning a product end-to-end Healthcare or HIPAA-regulated engineering experience Built an internal platform, dev tooling, or low-code/prototyping system Curriculum, enablement, or developer advocacy work growing others' skills Familiarity with our stack: Python, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, Terragrunt, AWS Lambda
