Staff Enterprise Security Operations

📋 Description Own health and tuning of Aurora’s security stack (EDR/XDR, SIEM, IAM, DLP). Develop and refine detection rules, correlation logic, and alert policies to reduce noise. Conduct proactive threat hunting across security telemetry. Serve as internal expert on security tooling; escalation point for complex issues. Participate in on-call rotation, leading investigations and triage. Audit and validate security controls; ensure effective signal. 🎯 Requirements 12+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise security ops or senior SOC engineering. Expert-level proficiency administering at least two security platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike, Splunk). Tune and optimize security platforms beyond out-of-the-box configurations; write custom detection logic. Strong log analysis and threat hunting skills; build hypotheses and queries. Experience conducting incident investigations: triage, containment, RCA, post-incident. Comfort under pressure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. 🎁 Benefits Hybrid work in-office 3+ days/week.
