📋 Description Lead cross-team incident triage for high-impact outages. Develop and maintain observability for cloud deployments. Senior escalation point for complex, multi-component issues in EMEA. Collaborate across time zones with Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience. 🎯 Requirements Troubleshoot complex distributed systems in production. Cloud infra ops (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes. Linux systems administration and CLI tooling. Elasticsearch and PostgreSQL in production support. Monitoring/alerting setup with Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana.
